The Seventh Trumpet
The
Measuring of the Temple – The Two Witnesses – The Second Woe
Informational Chapter
There is an interlude between
the sounding of the Sixth and Final Seventh Trumpet. Having to do with the Jewish Nation of Israel in the middle of the Tribulation period. Chronically, the blowing of the Final Seventh
Trumpet ends the Great Tribulation period and ushers in the Return of Christ.

ü A measuring rod indicates ownership, symbolic of Devine judgment, like ‘scales’ in weighing.

UP”.
Measuring Rod
Revelation 11:1-2 - I was given A
REED LIKE A MEASURING ROD
and was
told, "GO AND MEASURE
THE TEMPLE OF GOD
AND THE ALTAR, and COUNT the
WORSHIPERS there
2 But exclude the outer court; do not measure it,
because it has been given to the Gentiles. They will trample on the holy city for
42 months.
Everyone that was not a Jew was considered
to be a “Gentile”
and sometimes called “Greek”.
Jerusalem is home to many non-Jewish faiths and they have trampled the old Holy City of
Jerusalem by
building their own holy places.
Their
dominance and persecution
of the Jews will last 3 ½ more years or 42 months which is the last half of the Tribulation period
called the GREAT tribulations.
The MEASURING
REED OR ROD is
really a MEASURING OF TIME,[1] 42 months has now been decreed to
fulfill the time that remains for the Gentiles and then they will be judged.[2]
Here’s what’s going on
ü
God prepares a SPECIAL
PLACE OF REFUGE for the Jewish people in the desert to be
protected during the last 3 ½ years;[3] the GREAT tribulation period.
ü
The place of refuge is
the modern day Jordan, known as Edom, Moab and
Ammon.
[4]
ü
It is highly probable that the inhabitants of
these countries, recognizing the “God of Israel”, will take the Jews in their
homes and hide them.
ü
If
necessary,
God will supernaturally
take care of them and sustain them with Manna from heaven and water from the rocks.
Two Witnesses
Revelation
11:3-5 - And I will give
power to my TWO
WITNESSES,
and they will prophesy for 1,260 DAYS,
clothed in sackcloth."
4 These are the TWO OLIVE
TREES and the TWO
LAMPSTANDS that stand before the Lord of the earth.
5 If anyone tries to harm them, FIRE comes from their mouths and devours their
enemies. This
is how anyone who wants to harm them must die.
This 1,260 days of prophecy seem to be the same time period as the last 3 ½ years of the tribulation. The TWO OLIVE TREES and TWO LAMP STANDS are symbolic of
the TWO WITNESSES. The Olive oil and lamp stands both GIVE LIGHT and are also symbolic
of the “WORD” of God.

Jewish Law
teaches
that in the testimony of “TWO
WITNESSES”
a thing is establishes as fact.[5] NOTE: The Old Testament is one witness and
the New Testament is
the second
witness.
ü
There are “TWO WITNESSES” that PARALLEL the Old Testament, when God’s servants ZERUBBABEL and JOSHUA, were chosen to
reclaim and rebuild the Jewish temple after the Babylon captivity.[6] God
endued them with His Spirit TO ACCOMPLISH HIS WORK..
ü
The Prophet
Malachi
said; “Look, I am sending you
the prophet ELIJAH[7] before the great and dreadful day of the LORD”
and it was Jesus that said JOHN THE BAPTIST[8]
had the Spirit of Elijah as
he lived in
the wilderness and dressed just like Elijah.
Did you see it? FIRE comes out of their mouths; Elijah
brought down Fire
from heaven[9]
and John spoke of Jesus baptizing with Fire.[10] Elijah represents the Old Covenant and John the Baptist represents the New
Covenant. Both were
forerunners of Jesus Christ, so it seems for sure that Elijah would be one of the “TWO WITNESSES”.
ü
The
TWO
WITNESSES, the two evangelist, could also be MOSES and ELIJAH.[11]
They both appeared with Jesus on the Mountain. The miracles that are performed
are just like those performed by Moses while freeing the Israelites from Egypt.
ü Some also think the TWO WITNESSES might be ENOCH[12] and ELIJAH[13] since neither of them died but were
translated directly to Heaven
and the Book says that there is appointed unto man ONCE to die and then the Judgement.[14]
So it appears there is a lot of credible support to believe these two must come
back to be slain by the Anti-Christ, and lie in the streets for 3 ½ days and then raptured.
My BS can easily
embraces this as both will die for the first time on earth and then 3 ½ days later raptured. Other
students of the Word BS reject Enoch because he was a Gentile and not a Jew. We really don’t know, God can raise up
whomever He chooses. Some call them JEHOVAH WITNESSES. Maybe
not
The
purpose of these two Jews, also known as “prophets” is to display the
power of God, and foretell the great events of wrath to come. Jew and Gentile alike will come to the Lord
because of their testimony. They will be
hated by the Antichrist
and his minions, but they cannot be harmed until their assignment is
finished. That applies to me and you, we
will not die until our part of God’s plan is finished.

Bible, The Forgotten Books of the Bible, The Apocrypha, The Nag Hammadi Library
and The Dead Sea Scrolls Bible.

read what I found in the
GOSPEL OF NICODEMUS.
Nicodemus Chapter 20 – THE TWO WITNESSES –Taken
to Heaven
3... I am ENOCH, who was translated
by the Word
of God and this man who is with
me ELIJAH the Tishbite,
who was translated
in a fiery chariot.
4 Here we have hitherto been and have not tasted
death but are now about to return at
the coming of the ANTICHRIST, being armed
with divine signs and miracles, to engage with him in battle, and to be slain
by him at Jerusalem and to be taken up alive again
into the clouds, after three days and a half.
Plagues
Revelation
11:6 - These men have
power to shut up
the sky so that it
will not
rain during the time they are prophesying; and they have
power to turn the waters
into blood and to strike the earth
with EVERY KIND OF PLAGUE as often as they want.
The two evangelists are
endued with power and only have to “SPEAK” and fire
consumes their enemy,[15]
very similar to Moses
and Elijah.
They can bring drought, turn water into blood[16]
bring on plagues. The Two Witnesses’ power
does not seem to have any limit and they remain immortal until they have
finished their assignment.
The Beast from the Abyss
Revelation 11: 7 - Now when they have finished their
testimony,
THE BEAST that comes up
from the
Abyss
will attack them, and overpower
and KILL them.
The
beast from the abyss is the FALLEN
ANGEL already
discussed… It is not Satan, the Antichrist or his Prophet. The TWO
WITNESSES are
allowed to be killed after their assignment has been completed. The Greek word MARTUS is where we get
our word for Witness
and from that we get the word MARTYR.
For THE
UNHOLY TRINITY, Satan, the Anti-Christ and the False Prophet; this
is only a temporary victory of darkness over light and evil
over good. The Antichrist
can now take possession of the temple. This is the MIDDLE of the tribulation
period and people are still getting SAVED right up to the
time of the prophet’s
deaths. All creation is WITNESS and watching as to what Satan
will do next.
Burial Refused
Revelation
11:8-10 - Their bodies will
lie in the street of the great city, which is figuratively called Sodom
and Egypt,
where also their Lord was crucified.
9 For three and a half DAYS men
from every
people, tribe, language and nation will gaze on their bodies and REFUSE THEM BURIAL.
10 THE INHABITANTS OF THE EARTH will gloat over them and will CELEBRATE by sending each other gifts, because these TWO PROPHETS had
tormented THOSE
WHO LIVE ON THE EARTH.
Three
and a half DAYS are literal; as three and a
half YEARS would not work out chronologically.
This is victory
for the BEAST and his
followers; they hated and feared these two evangelists, but they are happy now
because they no longer have to fear the wrath of
God.
All criminals were granted burial the same
day of their execution, however these Two Preachers were
not buried. This illustrates the pure hatred and
spite towards them, even mocking and gloating
over their decaying bodies in the streets.
The
Two Persecuting Prophets are now
dead, so they party like Mardi Gras,
celebrating with glee and exchanging gifts like it’s the (Satanic pagan) Christmas season.
With the Internet, satellite and television
technology, THE WHOLE WORLD
WILL SEE the
Two Slain Witnesses lying in the street; this would have seemed
impossible 100 years ago.
Those
who LIVE,
DWELL, or INHABIT the earth is CODE
for those that have REFUSED to receive the Word of God and
are PERISHING. CODE is the very same term
used in the hospital for someone who is DEAD.
THOSE WHO DWELL ON THE EARTH, ARE THOSE WHOSE NAME
HAVE NOT BEEN WRITTEN IN THE BOOK OF LIFE. [17]
Rapture
Revelation 11:11-12 - But after the three and a half days
a BREATH
of life from
God entered them,
and they stood on
their feet, and terror struck those who saw them.
12 Then they heard a LOUD VOICE from
heaven saying to them,
"COME UP HERE."
And
THEY WENT UP
TO HEAVEN IN A CLOUD,
while their enemies looked on.
The
world hears an audible voice say, “Come up here”. Via television, the world sees the TWO WITNESSES come back to
life and STAND UP ON THEIR FEET and are “translated”
into heaven. In the Rapture, the translation
happens in the blink of an eye, but this CATCHING
UP INTO HEAVEN will be slow enough for everybody to
see.
You
can be sure, that because of the awareness of this book of “Revelation”,
that many cameras including cellphones connected to the internet will be
trained on them from every angle possible, including “looking upward”, not wanting to
miss a thing. I will get to see this up
close and personally, but from up above.
Earthquake
Revelation
11:13-14 - At that very
hour there was a
SEVERE
EARTHQUAKE and a tenth of THE
CITY collapsed.
Seven thousand people were
killed in the earthquake,
and the
survivors were terrified and gave glory to the God of heaven.
14 The SECOND WOE has passed; the THIRD WOE is coming soon.
As
the TWO
WITNESSES stand on their feet and begin their
ascension, a SEVERE
EARTHQUAKE
occurs. Seven Thousand men are killed; fear
grips the hearts of the survivors. The Jews recognize; that this is THE HAND OF GOD and give him
Glory.
At this point one-half of the world’s
population have already been annihilated and to this number another 7,000 are added. In my BS I believe that this judgment was on the hardhearted in
the city of JERUSALEM, as the
survivors gave
glory to God.
Did you see it? A great
earthquake also occurred at the death of Jesus on the cross at Jerusalem. The Centurion guarding Jesus said, truly this was the Son of God. [18]
RECAP of Jacob’s trouble… The
Tribulations
Loss of vegetation including grain, wheat, rice and oats – Soil
erosion, floods and mudslides – Air pollution from smoke – Sunlight reduced by 1/3 -
Ecology thrown out of balance – an enormous
meteor or nuclear bomb slams into the sea turning it blood red - sea
life and Naval warships and merchant ships are destroyed. – Famine
because of the reduction in the growing season, reduction in vegetables, fish,
and freighter transportation - A
falling star called “wormwood” contaminates 1/3 of all freshwater sources,
killing people; Wormwood is probably a thermonuclear weapon. (Just saying)
INFORMATIONAL and PROPHETIC
CHAPTERS follows
NOTE: Under the Seventh Seal, are the Seven Trumpets,
and under the SEVENTH
TRUMPET are
the Seven Bowls that are soon to be poured out. They bring THE THIRD WOE.
3 ½ years must still pass before Christ’s reign is
fully accomplished on earth.
Verses
15-18
are prophetic
in nature of events to come, because chronologically Christ does not return
until verse 19:11, but His praise
is already in progress to give us hope and encouragement.
Seventh Trumpet – Heavenly voices PROPHESY in excitement of Christ’s return.
Revelation
11:15-18 - The SEVENTH ANGEL sounded
his trumpet, and there were LOUD VOICES in heaven, which
said:
"The kingdom of the
world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign
for ever and ever."
16 And the twenty-four elders, who were seated on their
thrones before God, fell on their faces and worshiped God,
17 saying: "We give thanks to you, Lord God Almighty, the
One who is and who was, because you have taken your great power and
HAVE BEGUN
TO REIGN.
18 The nations were angry; and your wrath
has come. The time has come for judging the dead, and for REWARDING YOUR SERVANTS the prophets and your saints and those who reverence your name,
both small and great- and for destroying those who destroy the earth."
As the
SEVENTH and FINAL TRUMPET
sounds
and the SEVEN BOWLS or vials are
poured out in wrath. In all this discouragement, an interlude is inserted by
God where He reaches into His WAR CHEST and just for the
Believer pulls out HOPE and ENCOURAGAMENT.
For the Believe,
the War
Chest becomes a Hope Chest as they hear the voices IN HEAVEN announce the prophecy of CHRIST’S
RETURN to the earth. The Elders, hearing the prophecy and in anticipation of the
events soon to come, give thanks and praise to God as Creator and Redeemer.[19]
Did you see it? With the
blowing of the Final
Seventh Trumpet, the Mystery of God is now chronical and logically unpacked step by
step as we are look at the entrance to eternity.
All creation is now WITNESS to what is to take place and there is
much JOY as the END OF EVIL is
now revealed.
There is much celebration
in heaven because the prayer of Jesus is finally now being answered;
THY WILL BE
DONE.[20]
Symbolically the
scriptures indicate that the sheep are the saved
and the goats
are the unsaved.[21]
Verse 18 outlines what is to happen during
the last 3 ½ years of the
tribulation period.
ü
There will be International hatred for Christ and
the Jews; persecution will increase.
ü
The Tribulation martyrs will be resurrected and
receive rewards.[22]
ü
The wicked
dead, “those
that destroy the earth”, will be resurrected, judged
and be destroyed
by God’s wrath.[23]
Ark of the Covenant
Revelation
11:19 - Then God's TEMPLE
in heaven was opened,
and within
his Temple
was seen THE ARK OF HIS COVENANT.
And there
came flashes
of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder,
an earthquake
and a great
hailstorm.
When
Heaven opens, the earth quakes with JUDGMENT, thunder,
lightning and a great hailstorm come
forth. We now get a glimpse INSIDE the Temple, a
glimpse of the real ARK OF THE COVENANT. The Ark that Moses constructed was only a copy, a shadow
of the real Ark in Heaven.[24]
God will now make a new covenant with Israel and will write it upon their hearts.[25]
Jeremiah 31:33 –
A new Covenant with Israel
33 For this
IS THE COVENANT THAT
I WILL MAKE WITH THE HOUSE
OF ISRAEL
after those days,
declares the LORD:
I will put my law
within them, and
I WILL WRITE IT ON THEIR
HEARTS.
And I will be their
God, and they shall be my people.
34 And no longer shall each one
teach his neighbor
and each his
brother, saying, ‘Know the LORD,’
for they shall all
know me, from the least of them
to the greatest,
declares the LORD.
FOR I WILL FORGIVE THEIR
INIQUITY, AND
I WILL REMEMBER THEIR SIN NO
MORE.”

[1] Zechariah 2:1-2 - Then I
looked up-and there before me was a man with a
measuring line in his hand. I
asked, where are you going?" He answered me, to
measure
Jerusalem, to find out how wide and HOW LONG it is." -- Ezekiel 40:5 - I saw a wall completely
surrounding the temple area. The length of the
measuring rod in the man's hand was six long cubits, He measured the
wall; it was one measuring rod thick and one rod
high -- Revelation 21:15 - The angel who talked with me had a measuring rod of gold to measure the city, gates and
walls.
[2] Luke 21:24 -. Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the
times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
[3] Revelation 12:6 - And the
woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore DAYS or 3 ½ YEARS or 42 MONTHS.
[4] Daniel 11:40-42 - Many
countries will fall, but Edom, Moab and the
leaders of Ammon will be delivered from his hand.

bear: he shall baptize you in the Holy Spirit and in FIRE:
[11] Matthew 17:3 - Just then
there appeared before them MOSES and ELIJAH, talking with Jesus
Malachi 4:5 - See, I will send you the prophet ELIJAH before that
great and dreadful day of the LORD comes
[12] Hebrews 11:5 - By faith ENOCH was taken
from this life,
so that he did not experience death; he could
not be found, because God had taken him away. For before he was taken, he was
commended as one who pleased God
[13] 2 Kings 2:11 - As they
were walking along and talking together, suddenly a chariot of fire and horses
of fire appeared and separated the two of them, and
ELIJAH went
up to heaven in a whirlwind -- Mark 9:11-12 - "Why do the teachers of the
law say that ELIJAH must come first?" "To be sure, ELIJAH does come
first, and
restores all things -- Malachi 4:5 - See, I will
send you the prophet ELIJAH before that great and dreadful
day of the LORD
comes
[14] Hebrews 9:27 - It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this
the judgment
[15] Numbers 16:35 - Moses…
And fire came out from the LORD and consumed the 250 men who were offering the incense. -- 2 Kings 1:10 - Elijah
answered the captain, "If I am a man of God, may FIRE come down from heaven and
consume you and your fifty men!" Then FIRE fell from heaven and consumed the captain and his
men
[16] Exodus 7:17 - I am the LORD: With the staff in my
hand I will strike the WATER
of the Nile, and it will be changed into BLOOD
[17] Revelation 17:8 - THOSE WHO DWELL ON THE EARTH, WHOSE NAME HAS NOT
BEEN WRITTEN IN THE BOOK OF LIFE -- Revelation 13:8 -
All who dwell on the earth whose names
have not been written in the Book of Life -- Revelation 12:12 - Woe to the inhabitants
of the earth and the sea! For the DEVIL HAS COME DOWN to you, having great
wrath, because he knows that he has a short time -- Revelation 6:10 - How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge
and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?
-- Revelation 3:10 - I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come
upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the
earth
[18] Matthew 27:54 - When the centurion saw the EARTHQUAKE said, “Truly this was the Son of God!”
[19] Revelation 4:11 - You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you
created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being -- Revelation
5-9 - And they sang a new song: "You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its
seals, because you were slain, and with your blood
you purchased men for God from every tribe and language and people and
nation
[20] Luke 11:2 - When ye pray, say, Our Father
which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. THY WILL BE DONE, as in heaven, so in
earth.
[21] John 10:14-16 - I know my sheep and my sheep know me- I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen.
I must bring them also and there shall be one flock and one shepherd. (Jews and Gentiles)
-- Matthew 25:32-33 - All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd
separates the sheep from the goats
[22] Matthew 16:27 – Christ is
going to come with his angels, and reward each
person according to what he has done. -- 1 Corenthians
[23] Matthew 25:31-32 - He
will sit on his throne; All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a
shepherd separates the sheep from the goats
-- Daniel 12:1-2 - Everyone whose name is found written in the book-will
be delivered some will awake to everlasting life,
others awake to shame and everlasting contempt
[24] Hebrews 8:5 - See to it
that you make everything according to the PATTERN shown you on the mountain they serve as a COPY and SHADOW of what is in heaven -- Hebrews 9:23 - It
was necessary, then, for the COPIES of the heavenly things to be purified with these
sacrifices, but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than
these
[25] Hebrews 8:8-13 - Behold, the days are coming,
declares the Lord, when I
will establish a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah,
I will put my laws into their minds, and WRITE THEM ON THEIR HEARTS, and I will be their God, and
they shall be my people For I will be merciful toward their
iniquities, and I will
remember their sins no more.” In speaking of a new
covenant, he makes the first one obsolete. And what is becoming obsolete and
growing old is ready to vanish away.
